TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Organizers mentioned in the text below refers to New World Hotels Inc. The Travel Agent refers to the agent at the place of origin who makes travel arrangements and reservations for tour participants. The Tour Operator refers to company or companies in the destination who handles services such as transfers, tours, hotel accommodation and sometimes meals.

1. TOURS & PRICING
Tour prices quoted in USD on the website are valid as indicated, but may be varied at any time by suppliers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check with New World Hotels Inc for confirmation of prices prior to booking. New World Hotels Inc, reserves the right to revise the itinerary or substitute comparable accommodations and other tour inclusions. This is necessary because sometimes things change--restaurants close, quality of hotels change. We make every effort to provide the best, and will always monitor tours and locations to make sure you get the best for your value. From our price list on individual services you can see which hotel(s) we use for the particular itinerary in every region of the country. If you need detailed description of hotels, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Tour price includes: hotel accommodation in standard rooms (superior rooms are available at most hotels and will be quoted upon request) in different accommodation categories, round trip transfers between airport and hotel sightseeing tours, as specified in the itinerary, by regular coach with English-speaking guide (SIB) or by private car and driver-guide /guide (PRIVATE TOUR), daily breakfast and other meals as specified in the itinerary. Tour price excludes: flights, airport taxes, other travel taxes, passport and visa fees meals, unless specifically offered in the itinerary all other expenses, including but not limited to laundry, telephone calls, liquor, soft drinks, room service, optional tours and any other personal items.

2. RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be made at least 30 days in advance of departure. Late bookings up to 21 days in advance will be accepted on selected tours only, but are subject to the availability of accommodation and flights. Bookings cannot be made less than 14 days before departure.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all the visa and health requirements of the country/ies you intend to visit. We cannot be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination. Some countries may require a passport validity of more than 6 months and requirement for entry may vary from time to time and country to country. If in doubt, please consult the respective consulates.

4. DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
Deposits and final payments must be made as follows:
* For standard tours and packages, a deposit of 15% of the tour or package cost per person is needed within 10 days to confirm the reservation. 
The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival in the country. 
* Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment within 10 days.
Some hotels especially during peak high season do require a non-refundable deposit (e.g. Torres del Paine) upon confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if the deposit or balance is not paid by the deadlines as specified.

Please note all deposits are non-refundable once the tour is confirmed. A tour is confirmed when all of the following tour elements are confirmed: 1. Hotel accommodation 2. Sightseeing (where applicable) 3. Transfers / Transportation 4. Plane seat (where applicable)

NOTE: Client is responsible for all transfer/ wire cost

5. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee of USD 30 per person per amendment, plus any other applicable cancellation fees as imposed by our service providers such as hotels or cruise companies, and such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made.

The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

Cancellation Charges
a) 60-45 days before arrival - 15% of tour cost (minimum 75 USD)
b) 44 to 30 days before arrival 35% of tour cost (minimum 75 USD)
c) Less than 29 days before arrival 100% of tour cost (minimum 75 USD)
d) No show 100% of tour cost (minimum 75 USD)

Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing (email, fax or other) Latin Discover reserves the right to charge a different (higher) cancellation fee.
The amount of these fees is depending upon the individual cancellation policies of service providers involved in the itinerary.

Those "special conditions" are featured in this website, or indicated at or prior to booking. The Organizers will use its best endeavours to seek full refund for the tour or the unused portions of the tour, as appropriate, but will not be liable for any amounts which suppliers and providers of services refuse to refund, for whatever reason.

GROUPS: Different cancellation rules may apply for groups and those are indicated in our quotation.

7. CHANGE OF ITINERARY
No change can be made to the printed itinerary, unless by the Organizers in accordance with the provisions herein, once travel has commenced. Unused portions of the itinerary and any extension nights including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, air fare or other items included in the tour, are not refundable.

8. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please note that special requests such as diet (accommodation meals), room location/type, a particular facility at a hotel, a particular view, etc. are not guaranteed and form no part of your booking with us, unless stated in our written confirmation.

9. HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Subject to hotel's availability, hotel rooms are generally available between noon and 3pm on your day of arrival, and are to be vacated by around 11am on your day of departure.

10. WEBSITE ACCURACY AND LOCAL CONDITIONS
The descriptions of hotels and accommodation in this website have been compiled based on current information available at the time of creation. However, changes may occur after the date of publication. There may be occasions, when facilities may be withdrawn or reduced by accommodation owners or proprietors of other services. For example, a pool may be closed for cleaning and/or renovation; if there are several restaurants in a hotel, some may close down in low season. Redecoration or construction work may occur even in high season. Such changes are beyond our control. However, when we are advised of any development work, or changes in the information shown in this website, we will make every effort to advise you before departure.

11. LIABILITIES
I) The Organizers, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for: a. any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight; b. any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of changes in the travel programs, routes or timetables provided that, in the case of such changes which result in a decrease in the cost to the Organizers, an amount equal and limited to such decrease only shall be refunded to the tour participant; c. any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the tour participant's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit.

II) It is expressly declared that all the airlines concerned, their servants, agents, and affiliates are not liable, in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the tour participants during the time in transit. The passenger ticket in use by such airlines, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tickets and/or the tour participants, and the tour participants shall be deemed to have full notice of the terms and conditions of such contractors.

III) It is also expressly declared that the Organizers, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator act only as agents for the owners, suppliers, providers or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services during the course of the tour. All tickets or vouchers or confirmed reservations for such means of transportation or other services are issued or made subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided (details available upon request), and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets or vouchers or confirmed reservations shall be deemed to be consent by the tour participants to the further condition that the Organizers and/or the Travel Agent and/or the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking, or other inconveniences to the tour participant, the property or effect of such tour participant howsoever caused by such means of transportation or other services.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizers or the Tour Operator have full and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers which render it necessary in the organizers reasonable opinion that such steps be taken. The Organizers shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting there from, upon notice to the tour participants and refund of amounts paid for the tour or the unused portions of the tour, as appropriate, and recovered from suppliers. The Organizers will use its best endeavours to seek full refund for the tour or the unused portions of the tour, as appropriate, but will not be liable for any amounts which suppliers and providers of services refuse to refund, for whatever reason.

13. INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others. For possibilities, see www.latindiscover.com/travelinsurance.htm.
