We know many clients prefer the comfort and convenience of working with their trusted local agent, and welcome working with you accordingly. Unlike some online travel sites, we value our relationships with travel agents, and advertise regularly in trade magazines. We pay good commissions or can provide you with net rates. We also work on the basis of "agent of record" so that if your client also contacts us directly for the same reservation (as happens frequently), we recognize your commission.
Our websites provide good coverage of each Latin country in one place. With our information and local knowledge, we can help you tailor everything you need to meet your client's expectations. To understand our approach, please take a look at how we work. In particular, for all but the simplest services, we create for your client his/her own webpage (click Barbara Drue page as an example) with all the details of the trip. Please note we make sure we include your contact details prominently.
We believe we can best serve you for small ship cruises (eg Galapagos, Chile, Amazon) and for full itineraries, customised and regular. For simple services such as domestic flights, transfers and individual hotel bookings, the commission structure is usually insufficient for both of us.
