| Dear Laura,
Well, the trip itself was really great, everything went smoothly, no problems with the hotels. The organisation did work perfectly. Finally thank you for your cooperation, I know you spent a lot of time for me.
Chile was really a great place and we enjoyed very much the logistic you selected. Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Roberto |

| I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful trip to Chile and all of your arrangements were good for us. One car broke down, but Hertz gave us another right away. A flight had to be changed and that was done quickly. All the hotels were nice and the people helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much for doing all the work on our trip. Chile is beautiful and we have many pictures to show it. The food was good. We have given your business name to others.
Sincerely, Dot |

The rental car worked out well. The hotels in the lake region were fine. The Hotel in Santa Cruz was very nice, I got a beautiful room on the garden and everything was fine. The transfers were on time and very professional. Thank you again for your assistance.

| Chile trip, Robert B (Canada) - April 4, 2008 |
| Our trip went very well indeed. All arrangements worked perfectly and everything was more than satisfactory. Your instructions for clearing the border with Argentina were very helpful. We truly enjoyed our brief look at Patagonia and had several unexpected highlights, such as encountering a flock of wild flamingos. I am glad we included both Torres des Paines and the Moreno glacier - I would not have missed either one for more time at the other. Rob. |

| Chile trip, Michelle Hetherington (USA) - April 1, 2008 |
| We had a great time on our trip and the Latin Discover representatives exceeded our expectations in friendliness and helpfulness. One piece of advice for anyone traveling by car - get a good map and add 1-2 hours of extra time for the dirt roads! |

| Laura,
We had a great time. Thanks again for all of your work. The hotels were great, as was the rental car and transfer services in both Santiago and Buenos Aires. The City Bus Tour in BA was great, I am glad you booked it for us, because we would have never picked that.
We found everything to be well planned and went smoothly. Thanks again for your help - we will likely book though you guys again.
Take care, Michelle |

| Chile trip, Bruce M - March 10, 2008 |
| Laura:
Thanks for all your help. The trip was fantastic and the accommodations provided were fine.
The change to a truck from the car we had scheduled was a surprise, but as it turned out we enjoyed the truck. We had driven from Mendosa in a Hertz rental and the roads were hard on us and the vehicle. With the heavier truck you provided we actually felt safer and more comfortable.
Sincerely,
Bruce and Melanie |

| Laura,
We had a nice time in Chile and want to thank you for your efforts in making the arrangements for us. All of the tours were interesting and worthwhile.
I have to tell you that the Los Buenos Muchachos was quite fun. I would recommend it for your clients who like music and like to dance. Apparently, there were quite a number of people who wanted a New Years Eve reservation who could not get in because the place was packed. Entire families spend New Years Eve at this place, including children from aged 2 years to grandparents. We had more fun that on any other New Years Eve in our life and we are 60 years old. People from other tables around us asked us to dance and showed us the dances of Chile.
They fed us, gave us an entire bottle of red wine, and had a folk dance show, complete with all kinds of costumes and very good dancers. They had an emcee who created excitement in the crowd. They danced the National Chilean Dance and taught us -- it is a fast dance with a handkerchief.
Then they did a medley of American disco dances and the dancers dressed the part, complete with Afro wigs. This was followed with a medley of latin disco dances. Everyone was on the floor dancing. It was packed. We had so much fun.
The best thing is this. Apparently, they have a great party at this place every single weekend that is pretty much like the fun we had............so you can probably send your clients here if they are not in the country on New Years Eve.
We really liked our accommodations at the Kimal Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. It is very clean & comfortable. The architecture is exquisite. They played music in the courtyard during the afternoon, so I could sit outside by my room, read a book, and be serenaded with great music. Their service is also excellent. The Kimal is only 1/2 block from mainstreet so it was very easy to get water and food when we needed it. The best restaurant is Adobe. It is located on the mainstreet.
Thanks again for helping us arrange a very nice trip. We will contact you again and are thinking about Buenos Aires for next New Year's Eve. Would you have any contacts or programming for that area. Jan L. |

| Chile trip, Ulrich M (USA) - December 20, 2007 |
| Dear Laura,
We finally got back from our long trip, of which our Patagonia tour was just the beginning. The self-drive part to Torres del Paine certainly was one of the main highlights and your arrangements served us very well.
The Hertz people could not have been nicer; we got a brand new Montero (which we returned totally dirty inside and out after driving through mud for two days) and both checkout and return were easy. The hotels in Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales were fine. OK, that is a summary.
Congratulations to you for making this a special part of our trip.
Happy Holidays and all the best for the New Year 2008, Ulrich |

| Chile trip, Fred B (USA) - February 14, 2007 |
| Laura,
We just returned from Chile. Thank you for doing such a good job.
I thought it might be appropriate to give you some feed back. Pro Tours did a great job in their logistics. We were always picked up on time at the various airports etc. Hotel Galerias was very nice. The Hotel staff confirmed that the area is unsafe, especially at night. The Santiago Tour is really well done.
Hotel Gromero is very clean and a 20" walk to the center of town. The only drawback to it is that visitors should know that it caters mainly to Germans and because of that the folks there are a bit rigid and further that breakfast daily is ham, cheese, and cake.
The Villalarrica Lake Hotel is the nicest Hotel we have ever stayed in. The Lake country package we had was not one I would recommend (our guide agreed ) The Lava Tube visit, the visit to the hot springs, and the tour of Pucon are not worth the time and the hike is very demanding. The local tour company offers a number of other tours; a visit to the Mapuche Indian reservation, a visit to the Temuco Mercado which sells Mapuche Silver, and other equally interesting but easier hiking. We found the Chilean people the warmest and most engaging of any we have had the opportunity to get to know.
Best Wishes,
Fred & Ellen B. |

| I TALKED WITH THE STOCKTONS THIS MORNING.
THEIR TRIP WENT WELL, AND THEY THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THEMSELVES. THEY WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR ANNIVERSARY DINNER. THE HOTEL HAD GIVEN THEM FLOWERS AND PLIED THEM WITH WINE.
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE AND THE PICK UP OF DOCUMENTS AT THE VEHICLE COUNTER IN SANTIAGO WENT OFF WITHOUT A PROBLEM.
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
