Combined value of all cryptocurrencies in the last couple of days exceeded the record breaking number of 150 billion dollars. Value of Ethereum, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies reached 154 billion dollars.
These numbers tell us that cryptocurrency’s total market cap has risen nearly 50% in the last month alone, which indicates the growth trend of 1000% for the last year.
This market cap growth, which was recorded in a moment of writing this article, is still below the record of Bitcoin (1=~4500$) and Ethereum (1=~400$). The new growth happened despite the fact that some of the most popular alternative currencies didn’t register any serious growth in value. That refers to Litecoin, Monero and Dash.
A big growth in value was also registered in Ripple’s XRP Token, which recorded an amazing growth of 50%.
